Backoffice Representative
MultiDocker is manufacturer of the world’s most versatile and high performance cargo handling machines with a Caterpillar base, customized for use in for example ports and industry. Thanks to years of development and true passion for innovation, our machines excel in operational reliability and service life span. Our goal is to become a leading international manufacturer in the field of customizable machines and in order to do so, we are constantly looking for talent.
To further expand our team, we are looking for a Backoffice Representative.
Do you enjoy being the “spider in the web” of a technical and fast-growing organization? In this position, you will work closely with your colleagues. You will support the sales staff and the general manager during their daily activities and the finance manager with administration. You manage the stock and play a role in purchasing. In addition, we are continuously improving our processes; your contribution to this is very important to us.
You have:
- Preferably a Mbo 4 degree
- Experience in an administrative role
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Good command of the Dutch or English language
You are:
- Structured and organized
- Communicative and enjoy working in a team as well as individually
- Pragmatic and a solution-oriented thinker
We offer:

- Part-time employment between 20 – 32 hours per week
