MultiDocker is manufacturer of the world’s most versatile and high performance cargo handling machines with a Caterpillar base, customized for use in for example ports and industry. Our goal is to become a leading international manufacturer in the field of customizable machines and in order to do so, we are constantly looking for talent.

To further expand our team, we are looking for a Field Mechanic.

In this role, you’ll be involved in the complete assembly of various types of new machines and will either already understand their construction or be eager to learn. After training, you’ll regularly travel to customer sites to assist with on-site assembly. You’ll also provide support with maintenance of previously delivered machines and accessories. When not travelling, you’ll be working alongside our production team in Terneuzen. This position offers you the chance to develop a wide range of skills — and we can guarantee that no two days are ever the same.

You have:

• Experience with Caterpillar machines is a plus
• Knowledge of or experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical systems or mechanical drive techniques 
• VCA certificate (or willing to obtain one)
• A good command of Dutch or English

You are:

• Technically skilled and enjoy a mix of working in the workshop and on-site
• Willing to travel to our customers worldwide 
• Communicatively strong and able to work both in a team and individually
• Result-oriented and a fan of a tidy workplace
